Work with Migrant Communities

During the Corona pandemic care has been taken to both the migrant workers and the underserved indigenous population who are our stakeholders as a part of KISS. KISS also facilitated smooth in-migration, out-migration and ancillary support during this crisis. KISS has also built the capacity of rural youths in various aspects such as livelihood, safe migration, government entitlements. KISS also conducts sensitization programs at community level to aware the dropout youths those are vulnerable to migration to participate in skill development programmes
