Scoping Study on Impact of COVID 19 on Migrant Labourers

Due to the Corona pandemic induced lock down situation which has severely impacted the lives of migrant workers, KISS in collaboration with UNDP has carried out a socio-economic impact assessment. This socio-economic impact assessment of Covid-19 on migrant workers also captured information with a special emphasis on female migrant workers. This study was carried out with 1500 migrant households covering 5 migration prone districts Malkangiri, Rayagada, Koraput, Bolangir and Kandhamal.
