This project involves the analytical documentation of the “Palanhar Yojana” being implemented by KISS and the Government of Rajasthan as a key alternative care arrangement in collaboration with the SocialJustice and Empowerment Department, Government of Rajasthan and UNICEF since May 2022. The objective of the project is to have comprehensive analytical documentation of the scheme’s progress & processes as also a holistic assessment of beneficiaries in terms of the impetus given to their lives by Palanhar 1.0 and then analyse how national & global best practices can better inform the (possibly) revamped Palanhar 2.0. The approach to this program involved analytical documentation of the journey & growth of Palanhar Scheme in Rajasthan through SWOT Analysis following a consultative approach.
