KISS Foundation Governance

Overview

KISS and its various components (NGO, School & Higher Education) operate under a unique, inclusive, shared governance. All members of the campus community have a voice, especially our indigenous community members. Under the guidance of 7 key functionaries,  KISS functions under 3 main verticals: as a school, an NGO and Higher Education Campus (University & College):

Official Signatory for the organisation

Oversees important decision-making matters of KISS

Vice President

Oversees overall functions of the organisation with special focus on Project Development & Management, Liaising, advocacy, international affairs, government coordination, policy decisions, fundraising networking with UN agencies and international bodies, in addition to aiding the Founder on important matters related to KIIT KISS. Also oversees functioning of KISS- India, UK & USA

Vice Chancellor

Head of KISS Deemed to be University

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

CEO oversees strategic creation and execution of programs and day to day administration to carry out the mission of KISS

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Manages the overall financial structure of the School, NGO and University in addition to serving as the Head of Department for our Human Resource (HR) department

Development Officer (DO)

Oversees the logistical functions of the entire campus – managing security teams, kitchen and dining staff, housekeeping staff, fire department, general maintenance work and infrastructural development within the campus
