Mahindra Pride Classroom (MPC) Programme

An in-person 20-day (40 hours) employability skills training programme for 260 Female post-graduate final year students (Arts, Science and Commerce) was conducted in 6 batches by Mahindra Pride Classroom (MPC) at Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) Deemed to be University from 16th August 2022 to 8th September 2022 by two expert trainers from MPC Programme. The 1st cohort of the program ended by an award distribution ceremony where 7 students from each of the 6 batches were awarded various prizes, medals and trophies based on their performances in the program. Furthermore, as a part of the collaboration, new cohorts consisting of both undergraduate and postgraduate students will participate in the employability training program. There will be introduction of various short skill development programs like Digital Marketing, Taly & GST, Python Programming in the upcoming months to be implemented in smaller batches for interested candidates further connecting them to various employment opportunities.
