For many tribal students, learning English was once an unimaginable challenge due to limited resources and exposure. At KISS, the English Access Microscholarship Program—supported by the U.S. Government and the U.S. Consulate, Hyderabad—is changing that narrative. By making English both accessible and engaging, the program empowers students with a skill that opens pathways to higher education, global opportunities, and career success.

What We Do
The English Access Program goes beyond traditional grammar lessons. It immerses students in language learning while broadening their understanding of culture and the world.

- Students learn English literature, grammar, and communication skills through interactive methods.
Cultural Exposure
- Lessons include insights into U.S. culture, lifestyle, and work ethics, making students globally aware.
Innovative Teaching Methods
- Multimedia platforms, role play, skits, songs, dance, and theme-based celebrations create an engaging learning environment.
Empowerment Focus
- The program promotes gender equality and prepares students for decent work and industry (aligned with SDG 4, 5, 8, 9). Training is delivered by 10 master trainers, ensuring quality and consistency.
