KISS’ “Earn While You Learn” programme provides opportunities for students to earn while they are learning through part-time jobs and entrepreneurial projects thus preparing them to shoulder professional assignments with relative ease. It is implemented through vocational training and skill development. KISS has been identified as a Centre of Excellence for Skill and Vocational Training by UNDP.

Under this programme, students receive skill development and vocational training in one of over 50 trades as per their interests and talent. This programme is designed to build vocational skills in specialized areas for marketable skills, which will enable our students to find gainful engagement in their future careers, thus not only providing employability training but also developing sensible artistic approaches to self-expression for our students.
